Return and Refund Policy – Stagepush
All products from Stagepush are made to order and customized for each customer.
This means that every product is printed based on the customer’s unique files, logo, dimensions, or design choices.
No Right of Withdrawal
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, there is no right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
Therefore, once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or returned.
Errors in Customer Files
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that submitted files are correctly prepared for production:
correct size and proportions
sufficient resolution
accurate color settings (CMYK/RGB)
proper cropping and margins
and that all content (logos, images, text, etc.) is legally permitted for use
Any errors caused by customer files, resolution, color profiles, layout, or lack of proofing are not covered by Stagepush.
Errors Caused by Production
If an error occurs during our production (e.g. wrong format, misprint, damaged item, or deviation from the approved proof), Stagepush will replace the product with a new print at no cost.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt and must include a photo clearly showing the issue.
Delivery Delays
Once the product has been shipped within the agreed timeframe, all responsibility lies with the carrier.
Any delays, damages, or lost shipments must be reported directly to the transport company.
Stagepush is not responsible for any costs resulting from shipping delays or transport issues.
Summary
No returns or refunds for custom prints.
If a production error occurs, we reprint free of charge.
Shipping delays or file errors are not covered by Stagepush.
