Terms of Use – Stagepush

Disclaimer
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted to Stagepush are correct and production-ready. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Size and proportions of the design

• Resolution and image quality

• Color settings and color management (e.g. RGB/CMYK)

• Placement, cropping, and margins

• Rights to text, logos, images, and all other content

Stagepush does not check the technical quality, spelling, or content of submitted designs beyond what is necessary for the printing process. Any errors caused by the customer’s files, resolution, color profiles, or layout are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

If the customer requests a file review or proof before production, this must be ordered separately. Approved proofs are considered final approval, and the customer is responsible for any errors thereafter.

Prices, Payment, and VAT

Prices on Stagepush.com are shown including VAT.

VAT is applied according to OSS rules based on the customer’s country and applicable tax regulations.

VAT is applied as follows:

• Private customers within the EU: VAT is applied according to the destination country’s VAT rate (OSS rules).
• Business customers in Sweden: VAT is applied with Swedish VAT.
• Business customers outside Sweden within the EU with a valid VAT number: 0% VAT (reverse charge) according to EU regulations. The VAT number is automatically validated at checkout.

All payments are made in euro (€) or SEK.
Stagepush reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and shipping costs without prior notice.
