Delivery Policy – Stagepush

Stagepush offers delivery throughout the EU via our partner shipping companies.
When placing an order, the customer may choose to have us handle the shipping arrangements, but responsibility for the delivery transfers to the carrier as soon as the package leaves our warehouse or our subcontractor.

We guarantee that the package will be shipped within the agreed production time.
After that, responsibility for delivery lies entirely with the shipping company. Stagepush cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or lost shipments that occur after the goods have been handed over to the carrier.

Any delivery delays, transport damages, or missing shipments must be reported directly to the shipping company according to their procedures.
We are happy to provide tracking numbers and carrier contact details, but all claims for compensation or transport complaints must be directed to them.

Express Deliveries

The same conditions apply to express deliveries.
Stagepush guarantees that production will be handled with priority and that the shipment will be handed over to the carrier within the agreed express production time.
After that, responsibility lies entirely with the carrier.
Any delays in transit are beyond our control, even for express deliveries.
